The goal of this application, being developed for Tremor Video's Sales and Account Management team, is to provide a solution that will remove a large portion of manual labor as it relates to creating and maintaining site-lists. The project goals are to abstract away all data needed to create a site-list, provide an intuitive interface to interact with incoming requests, increase operational efficiencies for all teams involved, and decrease redundancies. Additional goals are to remove all of the following: errors associated with manual data entry, version control issues related to storing variations of the site-list and PQ tool in SalesForce, the need to manually create sales facing documentation every time a single report is requested, and the need to use Excel for any part of the creation process. Generating a site-list currently requires many steps, with data coming from 6 different data stores and the input from members of 8 different departments.
